The University of Pennsylvania’s, Amy Gutmann Hall redefines how students and faculty engage with data science and collaboration. It serves as a new hub for cross-disciplinary research and data-driven solutions that address some of society’s most pressing challenges.
Our team created a comprehensive interior and exterior signage system, and donor recognition program for this building that stands proudly as Philadelphia’s first mass-timber project. Fabricated with environmentally responsible materials and designed for clarity and long-term durability, the signage seamlessly guides users while celebrating the donors who support the mission in a large way.
Each element was developed to complement the building’s design strategies and reflect Penn’s commitment to advancing a campus environment that reduces environmental impact while enhancing the quality of life for its community.
Amy Gutmann Hall, named for Penn’s longtime president is as an example of how thoughtful design can strengthen both place and purpose.
