CG designs new gateway signage for Philadelphia’s historic Jewelers’ Row
Center City District and the Jewelers’ Row District Association have unveiled a rendering of new gateway signage designed by CG for Jewelers’ Row in Philadelphia, the oldest diamond district in America dating back to 1851. Marking a grand entrance to the world-renowned Philadelphia Jewelry District, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a National Landmark, the new signage will capture the essence of the district’s rich heritage while embracing a contemporary vision for the future.
The gateway signage will testify to Jewelers’ Row’s resilience and adaptability. It will stand as a symbol of the district’s commitment to preserving its legacy while welcoming a new era of innovation and creativity. Additionally, the gateway entrance signage will be in harmony with the surrounding businesses and other streetscape elements planned by the Center City District.
As Jewelers’ Row continues to enchant visitors with its uniqueness, the new gateway will create greater visibility and serve as an open invitation to the world.
