Branding a new neighborhood

CG has created branding, signage and environmental enhancements for a new mixed-use development in the heart of South Philly. South Quarter Crossing combines two adjacent shopping centers, resulting in a 1 million square foot mixed-use development of national and local retailers, residences, a hotel and amenities for the neighborhood.

Taking advantage of the area’s colorful past in developing signature design elements, CG has designed metal illuminated pylons and screens display unique South Philly names and reference products that used to be manufactured there. New retail pylons, torcheres, vehicular and pedestrian wayfinding will help bring the new community to life and assist with navigation and parking.
