A transformational project

American Water, the largest publicly traded water utility in the country, is locating  its U.S.headquarters on the Camden, NJ waterfront. As part of a 1-1/2 million square foot neighborhood planned by Robert AM Stern for Liberty Property Trust, the new building represents another huge step in the redevelopment of the city’s waterfront. Cloud Gehshan is designing the skyline and exterior signage for the project. At the groundbreaking, Ian Goldberg and Virginia Gehshan added their congratulations  to the dynamic team that is shepherding the project.
