Peace Corps Commemorative Park

A new park honoring the inspiring work of the Peace Corps is taking shape. Cloud Gehshan has been invited to join the design team by noted sculptor Larry Kirkland and Roger K. Lewis, FAIA, Architect and Planner and President of the Peace Corps Commemorative Foundation. The park will be located at Louisiana Avenue and 1st Street in Washington, DC.

CG will develop content and messaging to highlight the exceptional work the Peace Corps does in communities throughout the world. The design team includes Michael Vergason Landscape Architects, John Grant, project manager for public art, Michael Mowry of Mowry Studio and C.M. Kling, the Lighting consultant.
