A new signage and wayfinding program for Philadelphia’s Awbury Arboretum

Cloud Gehshan is pleased to be providing Awbury Arboretum and The Farm at Awbury a full signage and wayfinding program, including identification, directional and interpretive signage that will better welcome, direct and inform its guests.

Located in the historic Germantown neighborhood of Northwest Philadelphia, Awbury Arboretum is a vibrant landscape with a rich history. It has been open to the public free of charge as a public park and arboretum for over 100 years. Its 56-acre historic landscape now stands as a green oasis in a densely populated urban environment.

Awbury was awarded a two-year grant from The William Penn Foundation that will ultimately fund the project. The new signage system accompanies the arrival of the new Executive Director Sara Stevenson, who has over ten years of experience in the public garden sector, specializing in community engagement, audience development, and impactful programming.
